18 U.S.C. Section 2257 Compliance Notice - LuvFans.VIP

All creators and all persons that appear in any visual portrayal of actual or simulated explicit sexual conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at luvfans.vip were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.  Records required for all depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct by Title 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75, et seq., are on file and are kept by the appropriate Records Custodian.  The owners and operators of  luvfans.vip are not the "producers," as such term is defined in 18 U.S.C. 2257 or subsequent case law, of any of the visual content contained in this website.
